You don’t have to embellish or fabricate the world around you; you just have to open your eyes to it.

Recently a good friend of mine asked me “How long does it take you to get to work?”
I said it takes me 40 minutes. Visibly astonished, my friend then asked “Why does it take you so long when it only takes me 20 minutes to cover the same distance?”So I thought about it for a moment and I explained that when I walk to work, the first thing I do when I open my front door is breathe and look at the sun rising. I look at the starling that sings for hours in a random pattern outside my bedroom window. I know this starling well as I have captured its beautiful colours on my camera as it sits and sings on the television ariel opposite.Then, at the end of my street which fortunately overlooks a Jewish cemetery and woods, I look at the trees and how they are formed. I look at the floor and always see feathers all year round and unusual things that are always there.
